My paintings are mainly concerned with the application process I incorporate into the work. I like the viewer to experience the 'history' of the artwork's surface. Glimpses from the first layer to the last can be witnessed when I remove and apply different types of media. so, my paintings are not so much connected to an image but more related to a structural growth.
